Shipping

We strive to provide prompt service!

Orders are generally shipped within 4 business days (often earlier in the winter, for spring and summer see below) and will arrive 3-5 days later, depending on your location.

During the spring and summer months, orders will take longer due to the seasonal nature of this product. Please allow up to two weeks for orders to ship. If you need something faster than that, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Thank you for your patience.

We ship VIA UPS to the US, and VIA USPS to Canada. If, for some reason, you require a different shipping method, please contact us to discuss your options.

After adding an item to your shopping cart, you will find a shipping estimator tool in the cart to give you an approximate shipping cost.

 

 

Canadian Customers:

Remember that you will need to pay a small import tax and/or tariff when receiving your package. These fees usually equal approximately 10-20% of your sale.  Visit CBSA site here to get an estimate.

 

 

Return Policy

We stand behind our product 100%; however, if you wish to return your product, you may do so within 60 days of receiving it. Return shipping will be your expense. For information about when you can return the chains and how much you will be refunded, see our satisfaction guarantee page.

If a part of your chain has malfunctioned or broken, or if it doesn't fit properly, we will make sure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction. See our warranty page for more information about problems with the chains.
