Shipping and Returns

We strive to provide prompt service.
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days and will arrive 3-5 days later, depending on your location.

We ship VIA UPS ground to the US and Canada. If, for some reason, you require a different shipping method, please contact us to discuss your options. You can find the contact form link on the main page of the web site. After adding an item to your shopping cart, you will find a shipping estimator tool in the cart to give you an approximate shipping cost.

Canadian Customers: RubberTireChains.com has teamed up with UPS to provide a flat brokerage fee of $10.00 for all Canadian shipments of $200.00 or less.

We stand behind our product 100%; however, if you wish to return your product, you may do so within 15 days. Return shipping will be your expense, and you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Chains must be returned in new, unused, condition. Refund will be for price of chain only and will not include shipping charge.

If a part of your chain has malfunctioned or broken, you may be eligible for a free replacement as per our warranty. You can read our warranty here.
